Return and Refund Policy
Returns
- Returns can be made for 10 calendar days after buyer received the Saltpipe(s).
- Buyer can return only unopened Saltpipes if the box was damaged.
- Buyer pays return postage in their original packaging and in the same condition (unused) as when he/she received them.
- Buyer's items need to have the recepipt, or proof of purchase.
Refunds
- If you think you received a damaged item, you can return to us. We will notify you when we received your item and will let you know the status of the inspection and the refund.
- If return was approved, we initiate a refund to you (original method of payment).
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We cannot give a refund if you opened the box and used the Saltpipe, as it is a sanitary product (only you can use your Saltpipe) or you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
